Odisha ra Parba Parbani Reels Contest

Government of Odisha in collaboration with MyGov, invites all citizens of Odisha, Social Media Influencers, Content Creators to participate in the “Odisha ra Parba Parbani (ଓଡିଶା ର ପର୍ବ ପର୍ବାଣି) Reels Contest”.
A statewide challenge inviting citizens to produce short, engaging short videos (30-60 seconds) on themes like:
Rath Yatra (ରଥ ଯାତ୍ରା), Durga Puja (ଦୁର୍ଗା ପୂଜା), Diwali (ଦୀପାବଳି), ମକର ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି (Makar Sankranti), Pana Sankranti (ଓଡ଼ିଆ ନବବର୍ଷ), Raja Parba (ରଜ ପର୍ବ ), Savitri Brata (ସାବିତ୍ରୀ ବ୍ରତ), Kumar Purnima (କୁମାର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା), Ganesh Chaturthi (ଗଣେଶ ଚତୁର୍ଥୀ), Nuakhai (ନୁଆଖାଇ), ପରବ ପର୍ବ (Parab Festival), Chhau Festival (ଛଉ ପର୍ବ), ହୋଲି (Dola Purnima (Holi), Sital Sasthi (ଶୀତଳ ଷଷ୍ଠୀ), Snana Yatra (ସ୍ନାନ ଯାତ୍ରା), Kartika Purnima (କାର୍ତ୍ତିକ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା)

Submission Guidelines:
1. Participant must upload their short video/reel on Instagram/YouTube Shorts and share the link on the MyGov Odisha portal.
2. The reel should be between 30 to 60 seconds in duration
3. Video should be of Higher resolution
4. Video must be original and nor previously published on any public platform.
5. No offensive language or derogatory content will be allowed. All submissions must be original and not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.

1. Entry into the contest is open to all citizens of Odisha.

4. The reel should be between 30 to 60 seconds in duration.
5. The organizers shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or could not be submitted due to any issue/error, technical or otherwise, which is beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
6. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify and/or refuse/restrict the participation of anyone, if, in their reasonable assessment, such participation and/or association of any participant is detrimental to the contest and/or organizers and/or partners of the contest.
7. The content must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, of 1957. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. The Government of Odisha does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
8. Organizers reserve the right to use the submitted material in external communication and knowledge products giving due credit to the creator. Participants may be required to furnish proof of identity if requested.
9. Participants will be required to provide their name, email address, phone number, and additional details as required at the time of registration. By submitting their details and participating in the contest, participants give consent to use this information as required.
10. Registration shall be void if the information received by the organizers is illegible,
incomplete, damaged, false, or erroneous.
11. In case of any dispute or difference arises, the decision of the jury shall be final. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the participants themselves.
12. By participating, the users accept these Terms and Conditions. Participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition, including any amendments or further updates.
