Participation Guidelines:
1. Submit a photograph/ image that captures your moment of public participation in a national initiative
2. Along with your photo, write a short note of 50 – 100 words describing your experience and inspiration.
3. The photograph must be of HD quality, theme-based, and in JPEG/PNG or PDF format
4. The submission of the participant must be original and taken by the participant.
5. Entries will not be accepted after the contest deadline.
Terms & Conditions
1. The contest is open to all Odia citizens.
2. The submission of the participant must be original and taken by the participant.
3. The photograph must be of HD quality, theme-based, and in JPEG/PNG or PDF format.
4. Photographs containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content, including nudity, violence, human rights or environmental violations, or anything against Indian laws, culture, or moral values, will be disqualified immediately.
5. Entries will not be accepted after the contest deadline.
6. The photograph must be taken by the participant and must not include copyrighted or third-party content without appropriate permissions.
7. All entries must be submitted only through www.odisha.mygov.in. Submissions via other platforms or offline methods will be rejected.
8. Participants grant the organizers an exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them photograph, including intellectual property rights.
10. The submission must comply with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Any copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
11. Participants must ensure their MyGov profile is complete and up to date.
12. Organizers reserve the right to change or withdraw the contest and its terms at any point.
13. The decision of the evaluation committee will be final and binding. No requests for reconsideration will be entertained.
